Telkom Mobile... Sies!!!

Hello Peter,

I have such a big problem with Telkom Mobile, these peiople provide such substandard service,
on the 14th of 15th Oct 2013, Ayanda called me cause i am interested in getting a phone from them, so then i did a telephonic application, gave her all my details, gave her all that she required.

then i get a call from their forensic department to say my application looks like a application, i verified all my details and only to find out that Ayanda Captured my details wrong on the system, i work in Pta and even as the calls are recorded i clearly know that i did say i work in PTA so she wrote down an 021, whixh is only the beginning of my journey with Telkom...

Then on the 23rd Oct 2013, they debit my account, which they said once they debit my account within 5 days i will get my phone, how do they debit my account and i have not yet recieved my device?
Now i called them again and only to find out that im not even vetted yet, but they took money from me.
Now i just called Ayanda and she tells me that she doesnt know when i will recieve my phone, REALLLY?
I ask to speak to a manager but they dont want to put me through to one.

where is my Phone???
