BIS CONNECTIVITY AND BAD SERVICE FROM CALL CENTRE

Since i have purchased BIS from Vodacom on the 28th Dec 2013 and until today it is still not connected even after they have confirmed on their site that it is connected. I have called their call centre for over 50 times since the 28 till today the 9th but i am not getting any help from them. The Call Centre staff keep telling me to remove the battery from my phone and the BIS will be connected.

Today on the 9th i got a call from Vodacom technical that my problem has been fixed but it is not and when i called their call centre a guy by the name of Ayanda took my call and he liased with the Tech guys whom unfortunately we as customers are not allowed to speak to them directly for what reasons i do not know, The rude Ayanda kept me on the line for just over 30 minutes but still he failed to help me.

What suprises me is how can a small problem as the BIS connection take ten days to be activated from the Vodacom side? Hwy does nobody ever bother to call and let me know what is the problem with my network? Why can i not be able to talk to the technical guys directly?

Vodacom service is very very very poor.

I am just waiting for this BIS to expire and i will switch over to another network.
