NO FEEDBACK

I applied for a Data Package via the internet. The lady from the call centre called me to get my details and proceed with the application. after the second day I got an SMS to confirm my application was approved. this is now over a month ago. after many attemts to resolve this matter, I went into a Vodacom shop. They told me the device was not ordered and therefore no delivery. I had to call again to followup. after speaking to another consultant, who reassigned the account to herself, I get told that there is no stock. now I must take another option which costs the same but with no device. I can't believe the service I got. Than on the other hand I need to wait...
