On 2/11/2013 we upgraded my Mom's Cellphone and requested that we be provided with a Blackberry Q10 (White). They did not have stock and had to order. On 5/11/2013 we took delivery of the phone and returned it Sunday the 11th. I was sent from pillar to post on Sunday as there is only technician that worked that day. Thebogo then told me that the device is faulty and we have to return it. I then went back to Shop 8A and after two hours returned the phone. I was told that i will receive a call on Monday the 12th as to the progress. On 6/11/2013 i called as i had not heard anything from the store and spoke to Neo, who assured me that he will get back to me. I then told him that we do not want the same phone and we want a Q5 as we are afraid that the phone will have similar issues. He promised to call me back. At 15:30 yesterday i called him again and i was told that there is only one technician etc, and he will call me by 16:00 the same day. This never happened and we are without a phone as a result of poor performance. I am not prepared to wait any longer and insist on a brand new phone before close of business today (Upgrade No: 0827711672)
