I opened a policy unknowingly.
A clientele agent told me i would get free vouchers and coupons if i download the clientele app, but he never disclosed that i have to pay a monthly debit order fee of R140. Money was deducted from my account and the same day i called their call line to cancel this policy. That was successful, but i am still waiting for the SMS to confirm it. The agent in the call told me that i would not be receiving a refund and i lose my money.
I demand a refund because not all the T's and C's were disclosed to me by the agent that signed me up. He withheld information from me and never told me anything about any payments that i had to, in other words, he scammed me. So, i request from clientele as i am a student and i do not work to be paying this amount of money every month, when i want aware and told that i was opening an account.
