I bought a Dixon amp and speakers. The amp works fine but took the speakers back because the box was rattling a lot. Paid extra to resolve and get better speakers. The made a rattling noise. Took them back again. Was given other speakers and was tested in store on a much bigger amp that I have. The one speaker made the same noise. The amp works fine with 17 year old speakers. Took the speakers back. The manager told me they will send it to headoffice. Fedback was that I must pay 1600 on top of the 3300 that I paid for the speakers. Said the woofer is blown. I used it once at my house with a smaller amp. The big amp that was used in store must have caused the damage. Simple request. Give my money back or give me something that works. Received mails. Store responds and nothing after that. Paid for something I do not have. Broken or not broken. No one getting in touch with me to discuss how to resolve. Next step is probably onbudsman or consumer board. Whatever is needed to get this to be resolved or for someone to perhaps treat me as a customer.
