I have emailed vodacom with my complaint and have had no response. It is well known by Vodacom as well as their customers, in the Bethal area that there is a huge problem with the signal. To the extent that I'm now paying for a contract and cannot receive the service. this is a breach of contract from their side.
the cell phone signal is very poor and the 3G/HSPDA signal even worse.
Vodacom is not entitled to take the money from customers if they can't provide the service.
