I bought a laptop from Vodacom with the contract I also got 3gigs of data and a LTE mobile modem.
LTE devices are promoted by Vodacom as the next big thing. I stay in Bloemfontein. We have 3G signal we have HSPDA signal. It doesn't matter to which kind of signal it connects or how many bars of signal I Have the browsing and downloading speed is terrible I constantly have to reload a page. I am not even able to VOICE skype my vriends or family, don't even get me started on the video chatting.
How can Vodacom promote LTE the next big thing, as fast, if it is even slower than EDGE? This isn't Becoming pathetic, we are already way past that point.
What do i pay R620 per month for? ill tell you I pay for poor service, thank you Vodacom this is how 10 years loyal customers should be treated.
