Poor/Non-Existence of signal/reception... PART 2

The reason you cannot reach me is because you are phoning me after hours when I am at home... Did I not tell you several times that I DO NOT have reception where I live. My phone is not off - there is NO SIGNAL! You would think this is obvious, seeing that I told you this over and over again. Your latest sms: "Dear Customer, My attempts to contact you were not successful. Feedback from our radio planners: "There is a new tower planned for your area... Shad Scheffers" O really? So you reach my voicemail once and don't even bother to leave a message Shad? When is this radio tower planned? In the year 2050? This is the most pathetic reply ever. Could someone phone me during office hours and give me an update? P.S. I cannot even track my SR online at [URL Removed] the error I get: "Unfortunately we are having technical issues on this page and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later."... I mean, this just keeps getting better and better! (sarcasticly speaking). This is way past unacceptable. It is affecting my business and work. It is my only way of communication and I cannot use it!!!
