This is the reference number I was given A1-O58T-VYJSL on 24 October 2013. I complained about my download speed at home via your Facebook page on 22/23 October 2013 and received an almost immediate response. I was contacted via email saying that it has been forwarded to the Networks Division. Your guy came out to my house on 29 October 2013 to test my signal and he agreed that is was pathetic due to the tower in my area that is in a shambles. 15kbs is really not acceptable, won't you agree? Yesterday, after hearing nothing from you for a week, I phoned your call centre and Fatima called me back saying that I should have feedback within a day. It is now a day later and I heard nothing further from Vodacom about a solution to my problem. In the meantime I am expected to make my VERY regular payment for this data contract, which serves no purpose, on the 20th of this month. On top of this I have to buy prepaid data from MTN just to be able to connect to the internet. Oh, and thanks for the extra free 1GB of data Vodacom so very politely is giving me, it really serves no purpose whatsoever - I cannot even connect to the internet using your pathetic data connection.
