NO SIGNAL WHERE WE LIVE

It has been two weeks that we have moved to our new house. Close to the Lion Park in Johannesburg, Just of Malibongwe. It`s been TWO weeks of frustration the not have ANY data signal to connect to the Internet. We hardly have signal on our Blackberry`s. Last weekend my family came to visit and NOT ONE OF US could connect to Face Book to wish some one happy birthday.
My data contract is a couple of months old and seems to be ueseless. Heita has FULL RECEPTION everywhere on the property.
I need an extra aerial to enhance signal. OR release me from my Vodacom contract so I can buy a Heita dongle. My life is in shambles as my partner is trying to run a business from home with NO SIGNAL
