Prepaid Vodacom data connection failure

To Vodacom,

I have used your prepaid R149, 2GB connection, I have signed the contract Sept 2012, since then I was unable to connect the modem, its always disconnect and the connection signal is EDGE, which is equilibrium to NO SIGNAL. It has been no signal since then. Please fix it!!!
