I phoned Vodacom a few minutes ago with a query. After holding on for 9 minutes, I gave up. Maybe they will respond now. I phoned about 2 weeks ago about a credit note for January which I have not received yet. I was promised that this will be done and sent to me within the next few days. Needless to say, I have not received anything yet. Furthermore, according to their records, my October invoice which was paid on 30 October 2013 and for which I have proof of payment, is still unpaid. Then there is the promotional data bundle that I bought yesterday at 12:38 and which has still not been loaded. In the meantime, I am paying out of bundle rates for internet surfing for which I bought data, but have not received. And the data bundle expires on 24 December 2013. Really?
