Telkom exchange overload
It has been more than a year now that Telkom is refusing to upgrade their exchange to be able to fully support all clients. All adsl lines in the area have unstable connections and very high latencies. They are still charging clients the full costs for these lines which is totally unacceptable. Please do something to solve this issue.
