I'm speechless, I have asked many times before. i have logged numerous faults, i switched line over to the isp to handle because maybe they will get something sorted out. but still nothing. I'm a customer for over 6 years. nothing was wrong with my line until Telkom started overselling the exchange. BECAUSE THEY CAN'T SAY NO TO MONEY! BUT THEY SAY NO TO PROPER SERVICE. the worst support, the worst technical support. After a call from Telkom they said the exchange is part of a upgrade plan. after 2 months when i check the status on the website it still says sorry your area is not part of any upgrades! last in first out. get rid of the lines that was added after the exchange was already full! and your message that your about to post here saying how sorry you are you can shove it!
