I registered with openweb this month on the leon uncapped gold account.downloads at night are really fast on my 6 meg line and so is browsing and gaming.just had a small issue with being throttled during the day and getting some of my work done eg: skype, teamviewer and FTP was slow and some odd gaming in the day.contacted Keoma via email 04 November 2013 04:13 PM by Date: Nov 4, 2013 7:01 PM i had a response from Keoma explaining to me why it was slow in detail how the account works which was more than acceptable considering what i pay for the account i then requested if he had any account that could allow me unshaped browsing and good FTP speeds during the day and even to do some online gaming even if it costed me a little more every month.he came back to me the very next day with a new account details that have been tweaked so my daily work does not get affected as along as i dont do heavy downloads during the day at the cost of R0.00.now that is great service i will be sticking with openweb for a very long time.
