This is my second complaint to the problem I posted earlier, the problem was resolved only for a month and it came back, the exchange in my area is overloaded and caused both my ADSL and Telkom Mobile (8ta) 3G to slow down to a downspeed of 20KB/s with a 50% packet loss. The 3G service tower is also near the exchange but my primary problem is my slow ADSL. Telkom should not bother calling me and asking me useless questions this time. I spent hours with technicians and phone support checking my equipment and lines. Please fix the exchange A.S.A.P or I cancel my service, it's that simple. I'd rather pay for YaClick satellite service in that case. I'll be happy to Compliment if I can see my service gets fixed soon.
