DEVICE OR NETWORK NOT FUNCTIONAL

Its been over three weeks since I logged my first complaint on Hellopeter regarding the poor service I have received from Cell C, my device is still not operational, my network still dropps calls, I have not been contacted over 4 weeks now, this must be the worst service I have received, CellC is in breach of contract they are still deducting their money from my account and I sit with a device which is not functioning properly, cannot make calls, experiencing drop calls, cannot pick up 3G coverage, POOR VERY POOR
