I have a 4mg telkom adsl line and I cannot get speeds more than .8!! When telkom sold me the line and the package they promised that they would have good speeds and that if not i could cancel before the 2 year period is up. I have complained about the speed and no one has got back to me or fixed the problem. when they do fix it it works for a few hours and then goes back to SLOWER that SLOW speeds where i cannot even work! I would like to cancel my telkom adsl line and data. Can someone at telkom please respond!!!
