9296799 after 2 weeks of waiting for my handset to be repaired, I received it back still not working, it switches off every time and is totally slow.(the same reason amongst other i sent it in for) I now have questions for Vodacom and I expect answers, I am a loyal client for many years, never skipped a payment, why cant you get it right? why does a 3rd party have to fix a handset. am I going to be compensated for the loss of business and a full months subscription that I am entitled to but get half the service I pay for? if I am to send this handset in a 2nd time, it will be a month without a phone, but you got my money, but obviously don't care about after service, I regret taking out a contract with you and I deserve a fair solution, every time I am given a refurbished phone that does not work and have to take it in for a repair, its actually a disgrace. Its an inconvenience and unacceptable I am not offered or a loan phone because they simply don't have one available? all of these issues to deal with? I feel like putting a stop order on my debit and letting your attorneys come after me, that's how I feel.
