Why am i paying for data on blackberry?

Hi

I would like to know why, after 2 years am I suddenly being billed for data usage over 3mb and only my browsing facility is free? And why aren't other network providers doing this?

What is the point of paying R60 extra a month for BIS with no benefit? What is the point of having a blackberry? And how is it fair that I am stuck with MTN for yet another year when I extended my contract with the benefit of BIS in mind?

When calling customer services the only response I get is, 'according to your terms and conditions, that you signed, we may charge you for this service'

So they may decide who they want to charge and when. Because I certainly wasn't charged before.
