MTN Ref no 104968295 and ref no: 105011762 now two weeks and no reply.
(principle account holder) contract renewal to MTN500 at R599 ACTIVATED 31/08/2013.
(secondary) contract renewal to MTN750 atR849 ACTIVATED ON THE 31/08/2013.
The secondary cell phone was billed for data immediately from day of activation yet it has a 750mb data contract.
The principle cell no has had a consistent fair usage charge for total duration of previous contract yet with new contract suddenly there is this unbelievable data charge in the middle of the billing period before going back to zero showing an obvious glitch in billing.

Both phones show data used which come to a combine d usage of around 150mb in total. There is some major bill issue but MTN has not helped resolve, There was a credit which also disappeared.
Both phones were billed for blackberry internet services after new contract activation. We signed new contracts as of 31AUG. RE non blackberry services.
It is unfortunate that I have had to come to Hello Peter in order to get my MTN account addressed but now desperate. A combined account invoice of R5507.29 mind blogging
MTN have neither responded and end of the month is fast approaching
