I want to raise my complaint about my device replacement which did not occur within 24 hours as stated by Vodacom insurance.
My claim was approved on the 29th of January 2013 at about 12:00 as to date I still haven't received a replacement device.
I refer to the benefits of Vodacom insurance as per their website that there is a 24hour replacement countrywide.
Thus I feel that I do not have to pay the excess amount.
I have to settle for a smaller device to the one I had as there is no replacement with the same specifications.
I had a HP Pavilion dv7-6051ei Entertainment Notebook [URL Removed] now I have to settle
for a HP ENVY dv6-7210ei Notebook PC [URL Removed]
The policy states that it will be replaced with the same specifications.
