Not passing credit where credits are due

Based on the amount or lack of Reponses, this will probably fall on deaf ears, I have logged NUMEROUS call to rectify a billing error and have had no luck in getting it resolved

Dialling 808 USELESS
Speaking to multiple consultants and different branches, USELESS!!!

I will fall off my chair if I get a response...

No more patience after trying to sort this out for over 3 months!
