On account of the BIS services limiting subscribers to 200mb data cap... once this has finished we still get charged on airtime usage for the internet meaning the BIS absolute plan does not cover BBM, email, texting, or even browsing social networking.

with a blackberry smart phone data charges have become exponential. so we basically paying R59 for a 200mb data bundle which lasts users on average maybe 2 weeks. I feel as many MTN subscribers, are getting exploited as a blackberry user. the other competitive networks still offer full blackberry BIS packages. I personally have been a MTN user for 10 years with this number and sadly will decide to port to a new network if MTN doesn't satisfy consumer needs.

they should either revert back to the original BIS service or increase their "fair usage" data cap... which is ironically isn't fair at all. LOL
