It is now for days that I am unable to dial my medical scheme that has a 0860 number. Then I use my expensive cell phone to contact them. The number is valid and does exist (0860765633). I have reported the fault twice via the 10210 fault report line with no joy at all. Every time I am reporting it I am transferred from one consultant to another. The last time I spoke with six (6) consultants when I became so annoyed that I rather disconnected. It seems that Telkom does not have the technical intelligence to solve the problem.
