NOT EVEN THE DIRECTOR CARES

I sent this letter to the pa of the director of CellC. It has been shortened to fit this.
I have emailed 702 and newspapers the letter.

My problems started in the week of 19th of August 2013.
Ref on Hello Peter :
1.No new contracts if you use the net.

2.Cell C can't sort out complaint or they don't care.

2 or 3 queries submitted with Cell C directly.

Since the last complaint on hello peter:
oI received my phone in the week of 7th October. And it wouldn't connect to the internet.
oWent in branch on the 14th October after Cell C didn't help me. The Branch was amazing. But couldn't fix the problem.
oTried to get hold of one of the people who handled my complaint, couldn't.
oHad an accident on the 17th and can't get the photos off of my phone.
oSpent hours complaining and trying to get the problem sorted out. On the 17th after my accident so I could do what I needed to do.
oSomeone called on the 18th to try sort out my problem.
oSent an enquiry on the 29th October via the site for the recordings to take to the ICASA. I have not heard back.
oI got the call today to have my phone collected. He can't tell me when or how long it will take.

This is unacceptable performance.
