Logged a call on 28/10/2013 ref 1310280000210817. Thabo Mokoena confirmed that my call has been escalated and cell c would come back to me within 24-48 hours. Its a week later and I call cell c. I spoke to the 1st call centre agent, didn't get her name. She transferred me to Fitzgerald Mnguni (cust care), who then transferred me to Thandi Matikane (contract dept), who then transferred me to Thando Zulu (cust care). Thando confirmed that there is no case that has been escalated. All the system says is a email was sent to someone to escalate the case for an investigation to be done. Thabo then confirmed that she has to log a new case 3110404393. This call took 49 min and my query is still exactly the same like last week. Cell c is pathetic!!! Pls contact me to resolve this issue and I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience.
