I delt with a man last week and ordered a new Blackberry Q10 with Cell C direct as no store in the East Rand could give me a date when the phone would be launched. Since then I have not had a single communication as to what is happening with my contract. Every time I call each call taker has less clue about who I should be transferred to and end up waiting over 10minutes until I get fed up and hang up, Today the 10th june at 16:13 I spoke to Xolile Khulu after I was transferred to and when I specifically asked to speak to contracts re cancellation. she could not help me as again im in the wrong dept.
I need someone to call me regarding my new contract from last week.
