I have taken out a new contract with Cell C recently, the ad on the Cell C website specified the free lite-plan with the Blackberry device, the agent that i spoke to when i applied also confirmed this, yet each month i need to call Cell C as they add this 'lite-plan' charge to my account. I have to explain the problem to everyone everytime that i call, evryone i speak to promises to resolve this for me but no one ever does.
The last call i made i was promised a supervisor would call me back within that day, i am still waiting for that to happen. case 3063000542.
