I successfully voided my contract with Cell C because of lack of service/signal & returned phone (on 12 March '13) which was accepted & confirmed as in 'as new' condition.
Call centre and a branch confirmed my number was transferred to pay as you go 2-3 weeks ago, but I was still charged R400.51 for Cell C contract services on 30 May '13! Is this not / on Cell C's part??
I tried twitter and cust service email, but no response, hence my complaint, pls resolve immediately (num in question is 072 309 8844)
