I phoned the customer care department on 2 January 2013 because I cannot go onto the internet. When trying to go into Google etc. it gives me the following message " the selected server returned an error when attempting to fulfil your request".
I was transferred to the Blackberry support department and was told to take out the battery and put it back again. Call was terminated and I took out the battery. It still did not work. Phoned back after a couple of minutes was told to do the same asked what happens if it still doesn't work I was assured that it will. I put the phone down and tried it again still no luck. Was told that the matter will then be escalated and that I will be phoned in about 48 hours. Today is the 14 th of January 2013. phoned them again was told that they have no query logged on the system!!!
I was shocked and I would like the so called supervisors to listen to my calls on the 2 January 2013 and explain to me how it is possible that after speaking to 3 agents nobody logged my problem!
WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE! And to think that I have 3 contracts with Cell C!
