Don't switch bad cust service & misleading adverts

I switched to Cell C in Dec after being years on Vodacom and I so regret doing that. When I switched Cell C was promoting LTE which was meant to launch in Dec - its now July and still no LTE whilst all my friends on Vodacom are enjoying LTE I still have 3 G.

Besides the LTE the service terrible. My iphone 5 screen cracked, while it was in for repairs I did a sim swop for a normal sim so I could use my blackberry now that my iphone is back all I need is to do is a sim swop but Cell C cant help.
I called 2 days ago - transferred 3 times, the final person said she would escalate it and I would get a call 2-4 hours. Nothing. I called again yesterday - I asked to speak to a manager - I was put on hold for 20 minutes and forgotten about, I could hear people chatting in the backgroung for 20 MINUTES .I dropped the call and called again the person that answered the phone said there was no record of escalation the day before, I then spoke to a manager who again promised to escalate it and again I would get a call within 2-4 hours - again nothing 24 hours later. I called again last night and was told again, nothing was escalated!!! is your customer service doing.
