Ai! Me and Cell C AGAIN!!!

I upgraded 2 phones at he end of June. From Bb to Galaxy S3 mini. It was on control chat 100 with recurring BIS. As the new phones don't use BIS I cancelled the BIS. On the 5th of July I confirmed with Cell C that the BIS was cancelled and the customer care agent informed me that as the invoice was already done they will pass credit on the BIS services on both contracts. At the end of July I phoned 140 to confirm the amount that I need to pay and was informed that I still need to pay for the BIS. I then went in to Cell C Zevenwacht mall and according the sales person there he could not assist me with my query as nothing was noted on the system. On Monday 05th of August my services on both contracts was suspended. I again phoned customer services and after about 20 minutes on the phone with NO luck I was transferred to the "legal" department. Here I was basically told to shut up and pay the account as my services will not be reconnected if I don't pay and I will be handed over to the attorneys for non-payment. But my query will be logged and if cell c should decide that they will give me a credit or not I will be contacted within 72 hours. Well this is a week later and NO response!!
