I have been calling the Cell C customer care to do a migration on the cell phone contract.
I called the 140 number logged 3 cases to do this the service is very poor 1st call logged they would get somebody to call me they did left the customer service number to call to the migration but does give you an option to speak to a consultant 2nd call logged she has to open another case only to find out with the 3rd call that the case was not opened opened another case they asked for alternate numbers to call me on not 1 call came through to me this is really disgusting service. I WANT THIS MIGRATION DONE IMMEDIATELY I have 3 contracts with cell c obviously they do not consider me as a relaible client.
