Cell C
Cell C

On 16 December 2012, I took out a Cell C contract at Makro Woodmead. I was never billed and I even went to Makro and inquired why I wasn't being billed. Makro Woodmead, could not locate the contract on system and were not able to assist. While in a process of starting a new business venture, I found out that I was listed on the ITC. When I made further inquiries with Makro, they were not able to assist me and put me into contact with the Cell C call centre, where an agent confirmed that I was not listed on the ITC. I was then transferred to Ivy in the Legal department who confirmed that I have been handed over to Norman Bissett and Associates. Ivy also informed me that Cell C had contacted my husband on 14 March 2013 at 10.28am. I have requested for this call. I have not been notified by post, sms, phone or email about the outstanding premiums. This is unacceptable, and if my banking details were captured on the contract (of which I have a copy) then Cell C should have set up a direct debit instruction with my bank. Should the payment not be successful, Cell C should have notified me by sending me post, by phone call, sms or even email. I am still waiting to be contacted
