Shockingly Bad Service!

Upgrade on 10-08-2013, as sms and website stated that upgrade was available. 1. I was NOT made aware that this considered a premature upgrade. Now I have to continue paying R140 p/m for old device. 2. I was told by Zakhele (spelling? and surname?) that the Galaxy S4 Active was the SAME as the Galaxy S4, with added features. There are many features that are not present on the S4 Active. 3. There are also no accessories available for the S4 Active. Calling into the call centre continuously since 15-08-2013 to sort these problems out, with no help from anybody. 18-09-2013 Lethukuthula Mfaba, also could not help me or put her supervisor / manager (Angelin Nkosi) on the line, sent through an email (I was cc'd) to Angelin regarding these issues. No response from Angelin. Called on 30-10-2013. Spoke to someone else. No manager available. This person then told me that he would not deal with the issue as the original person (Zakhele) who made the sale must learn from his mistakes, and will call me back at 16:00 that same day.
