I have logged two queries on this site! Not once has anyone got back to me! You keep saying that someone will get back to me, but no one ever does!!! I then sent you and email on 23 October 2013, up to today not even so much as a response from you!
When am I getting an estimated time of repair??? This is just ridiculous! 4MBps line, but getting speeds around 97Kbps!! And I am paying for a service I am not getting!
Your agents keep closing the tickets I log, without any resolution! Is that the way you guys work? This is just utter nonsense!
