MTN has over charged and still doesn't give a

I took a contract for two phones with MTN earlier this year, on February 2013. This was for an MTN TopUp Account and the amount which was stipulated was R333.00 per phone. Everything was fine until I was billed for R393.00 per phone. I immediately queried this and was told that someone would get back to me within 15 working days.
No one got back to me, at which point I had to phone MTN again, and was again told the same thing. No one still got back to me. I wrote messages on MTN's Facebook wall, and Hello [URL Removed] several times. Each time someone would ask for my details but nothing ever happened past that.
After a while (of me phoning MTN and them still not phoning me) I was told that the problem was resolved and the issue had been, that I was being charged a higher discount amount then I should have been, and because this was now corrected my amount to be paid per month had been increased. I struggle to understand what a price I was quoted had to do with a discount.
Today I phone AGAIN and was told I would get a call back before close of business. As usual, no one has bothered to call me.
I have totally lost all faith in MTN and will NEVER deal with them again.
