In the beginning of March I phoned ITCBA to request a settlement amount as I wanted to make arrangements to clear my account. Later the month I phoned again to confirm amount to settle the account. I was then given a lower amount and said I am getting a special discount. I obviously accepted, I paid the special amount straight away and requested a settlement letter. I was not told what the duration will be or what the process was. Week after I check my account but the "special discount" amount was still showing on my account. Phoned them again and was told that it has been requested to be reversed. I think I have been phoning them every day since then. 9th April, received a mail, "I have requested the reversal of cost to be updated as per discount offer" This is the only feedback I get. Yesterday after I don't know how many calls I've made, I am told that the process is 2-3 weeks, the account is clear and I can now go to an Edgars store and request a paid up letter. Guess what? The amount is still on my account. After another call I am told they don't know why it is taking so long and I should please wait another 2-3 working days. This is ridiculous!
