I upgraded my contract from a blackberry to a Nokia Lumnia 610 on the first week of January which was supposed to cost me R129 a month (that's what I signed up for not more!). When my account was debited on the 1st of February, R179 for the prior contract was taken which was later explained to me that it was a debit for December for my old contract. On 1 March, this amount surged to R198 and when I called again, I was again told I'm debited for a month in arrears! So tell me, how many months in arrears am i gonna be bedited for now, 6, 9 or 2yrs??? This is a joke!! Another thing is that the amont now is bigger than even the one for my old contract. And then the guy at the call centre told me I'm being charged for BIS and I was not discounted for it.! BIS? Discount? First of all, My BIS stopped the minute I changed to Lumnia. Why am I being charged for it? Secondly, Even when I was using BIS, I was charged R179 not R198. I've been waiting since the beginning of March because I was told someone would get back to me, but NADA! So either you sort this out or u take ur phone bck and I go somewhere else. If it's litigation you want, you've come home!
