Charged for a new contract which I never signed

My contract was due for an upgrade. I went to the shop where the sales agent promised a better phone at no extra cost on the contract. She went ahead and ordered the phone at my request. When I came to fetch it, the contract amount was much higher than what I was willing to spend since this is my 3rd contract with them, so I rejected the phone. I was told she is not at work and I would have to come back. As I was relocating to Durban the following day, I never had time to. They then called to say the contract has been processed and I have been getting billed the new amount since December, WITHOUT signing the contract nor having the new phone with me. I called the call centre and they have been "investigating" the issue since the beginning of January. Noone is coming back to me. I am already spending over R700 a month of Vodacom contracts and this service I really did not expect after being their customer for over 10 years! Someone assist please.
