Where do I begin.
first time I used east rand walling they were out of this world and by far the cheapest.
6 months later i refer them to a family member as well as need them to come repair 3 factor damaged posts.
well thats when it all started. Clint came to my house saw the damage then went to quote my family, still to this date we waiting for my repairs to be done and my family members quotation.
phone yesterday to raise my back wall, had Mark come out and now they going to raise my wall and replace the damaged post on the 1st job.
earlier yesterday morning I phone Clint and Martin answered hes phone, asked him for a quotation waited till end of day when he sent the quote by then mark came out and quoted R6k no discount, Martin offered 10% discount if paying cash notes. I PAID CASH NOTES.when phoning Mark he said there is nothing he can do. RUBBISH YOU ARE THE SAME COMPANY! maxi walls is cheaper and I sorry i did not give them the business. the worst thing is ive paid so now I have to see what kind of workmanship I get tomorrow.
so whats happened is i turn maxi walling down who quoted R5100 for the job and I end up paying R6k no discount. shocking.100% refund pls
