Poor After Service - Dissappointed

I saw a Honda CRV on internet, with kilos 106000. I sold my 2010 I30 to them, whereas after they have put the Honda through roadworthy and put the car on my name (which was an amount of R3000), they still needed to pay out? R2000. Ali told me it would take 5 working days for the cheque to be ready and for the car papers. About 7 working days later after phoning and leaving Ali few messages I got hold of Estelle who apparently does the cheques. She was not even aware of the cheque. When I finally got hold of Ali, he said he would phone back and the cheque should be available in few days. For 3 weeks, phoning Ali and Estelle, each time them promising to phone me back with update and that the cheque once again would be ready, I am still awaiting for my cheque and not once has Ali phone me back, I have to every time phone him or email him. Today at 10 I emailed him, he did not respond and never answers my questions. I phoned him at 12h00, and he promised he would phone me back in few minutes, and still he has not phoned me back. I think I have been patient enough, and can't understand why it would take so long just to write a cheque out in amount of R2000. Really disappointed.
