New phone not working - Bad service

I upgraded on Monday. My S4 Mini was freezing, error messages were being shown and I couldn't access the play store. I took the phone back on the Tuesday and two employees at Vodacom Cresta experienced the same problems with my phone. It has now been in the repair centre for a week. I was told the OBF was rejected and the phone is working. As a consumer I am unhappy to take the phone back after it stopped working after a few hours. I have been phoning them constantly. Not once have they kept me updated. After calling repairs today they have told me I didn't come and collect the phone. I have spent many afternoons trying to sort this out. The service is shocking. It is now a week later and I am still without a phone and cannot use another one as they cut my SIM card and it now does not fit other phones. No one seems to ever know what is going on. Escalations department don't even respond I had to phone them.
Some sort of response would be wonderful.
