In October 2012 i upgraded my cell phone. They had one in stock, which had been opened to show a client as per the sales person. They advised me that the phone had not been used. I took there word for it, and upgraded and took the phone. 8 days later the phone froze and I went back to the store and advised them accordingly. The salesperson which assisted me initially took the phone for the day and said he would sort the phone out. The next day we collected the phone. We experienced problems with the phone and again went back to the store. They advised us to come back later and collect the phone. We collected the phone and Again we experience problems and called and reported the matter and sent an email to Vodacom expressing our unhappiness. We were then advised that nothing could be done as we did not have a job number. We took the phone in on Monday 25/3, and received job number 8720023-56140020. The following day I received an sms to collect the phone. When i got to the store the phone had not been repaired as they advised it was liquid damaged. This is a phone that is not even 6 months old which we have experienced endless problems. I find this unacceptable.
