12 week old Samsung DUD!!

I got my upgrade in August of this year, unfortunately it started to freeze a lot and hang, it comes up with constant error messages eg: Touch wiz is no longer working, google play store is no longer working, Samsung.apps.google is not working. it gets so frozen that I can do NOTHING on it!
took it to Samsung at Constantia Park on Monday and booked it in, it was there for 2 hours which I thought was amazing service. I got it back same day and it seemed ok. Till Monday night, it started freezing even worse then before to a point where I actually couldn't even use the phone.very irritable as this is my business number too. I need my phone to be working. I then thought I would see how it goes on Tuesday, which just got worse I then took it back on Wednesday... they booked it in and it was there the entire day. Baring in mind while my phone is in for repairs I have no alternate contact. I fetched it Wednesday afternoon and was told they now need to replace the main board... The phone is NEW!! as per the Consumer protector act it should be replaced! I am now waiting for them to contact me and tell me when to bring it back in. this will be the 3rd attempt!! the phone is not working
