Ad after sales service

I upgraded my contract in march to a sony xperia s, got home all excited just to find out that my existing sim card doesn't fit in the phone... Went back to the shop just to find out that I have to BUY a microsim... I had no other choice than to buy the sim. A week later I realised that the radio on the phone wasn't working, I contacted vodacom, they told me to take the phone back to the supplier, the supplier said that the phone must be sent away... I cant be without a phone because I will loose business! 3 weeks ago the phone's microphone stopped working, so I have to put the phone on speakerphone to use it... Again I was told to send the phone for repairs...
What now!
My wife took out a new contract in July- blacberry Q5. Vodacom advertised free bbm for life, but the bbm only works sometimes. She have to reset the phone all the time for the bbm to update...
None of the call centre agents have been able to help her!

Please attend to our problems asap, as things can not go on like this.
Now vodacom phones me every second day to upgrade our other contracts, after we have told them a few times that we are not interested
