CallCentre don't know what initial password is fo

Yesterday I RICAd a new mobile service and got an SMS telling me what my number will be. The SMS also said that my password will be "xxx" (a 13-digit long alphanumeric expression). I called the call centre and heard a recorded message say that to avert holding I could write to (I think) [Email Removed] --which does not appear on [URL Removed] and now I forgot what the exact e-mail address is. I already copied Cell C on the above address when I reported HelloMobile to Hellopeter.com on Sunday night but nobody from cell c responded to that yet. So tonight I called the call centre to learn what the password is for, but I got told to call again in the morning and ask for the activations department. Neither the call centre agent nor her senior could say what the initial alphanumeric password is for: oh dear, I have to chase and pay, just to get a little service.
