Activate voucher

Good day,

I have been trying to activate a voucher that I received from Afrozone with a Vodacom contract phone as a gift. However, the phone number that I am supposed to call for activation has been forever busy since December of last year. I have even sent an email to Afrozone for activation but have not received any response. Your help would be highly appreciated.
